Hope & Home is a 501c3 non-profit organization focused on increasing homeownership amongst low income minorities, senior citizens, veterans, disabled citizens, first time home buyers with income challenges. We provide individuals looking to purchase a home as their primary residence with educational resources to learn about the home buying process, financial assistance towards their home purchase and/ or move in startup costs, financial support during hardships to retain their homes, resources and tools on how to manage and maintain a comfortable living as a Homeowner.
​Hope & Home offers a range of services from credit repair, financial literacy assistance, homeownership counseling, while connecting you with an affiliated Mortgage Loan Originator and/or Realtor in your area. We’re dedicated to guiding you from where you are in the process to closing on your new home and beyond. Low Income
A Household is generally considered "low income" for housing assistance if their income falls at or below 80% of the area's median family income (MFI). This amount is calculated based on the total household income and family members residing at property.

Senior Citizens
Most people generally consider anyone over 65 years old to be a senior. However, senior citizen age can vary significantly depending on various key factors.

An individual with a disability is defined by the ADA as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, a person who has a history or record of such an impairment, or a person who is perceived by others as having such an impairment.
Veterans
A Veteran is defined as a person who served in the active military, naval, or air service and who was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable.
